In short, some sea moss is harvested from sea beds free floating, while others are harvested from the rocks. Harvesting from the ocean rocks and coral reefs ensures the sea moss houses a higher nutritional profile. It is attached to the mineral rock and only pulled once its reached maturity. This sea moss is not easy to come by and we wait months at a time for the perfect harvest.
